Bridge Inn New Menu

Tuesday saw us tasting the first tranche of new menu items at The Bridge and the common consensus certainly seemed to be "delicious".

Giving 40% to Dine Out Club Members to be taste testers proved to be really helpful with tweaks having being made before the next session and batch of dishes on Friday 13th.

Friday evening will bring a first outing for the following main course dishes:

Shepherds Pie

Slowly braised lamb shoulder topped with baked potato mashed potato and served with a side of Braised Red Cabbage

Sweet Potato & Lentil Ragu

Mixed vegetable and lentil ragu topped with sliced sweet potato

Pork Belly

Tenderstem broccoli, sweet potato puree, sage & onion and a side of potato gratin

Beef & Vegetable Stew

Served with Baked Potato Mashed Potato

Iberico de Bellota, Chorizo, Iberico Salchichon, Olives, Guindillas

Potato Gratin

Sliced potato baked with cream & garlic sauce


Toasted Croque Madame

Slices of buttered white bread filled with Roast Ham, Dijon Mustard & Gruyere cheese fried until meltingly delicious and then topped with a local free range egg. Amazing reminder of the ski slopes but better.
